Hon. Joseph N. Casciato (Ret.)

Judge Casciato served as a Circuit Court of Cook County judge for 22-years, the last 14 years serving in the prestigious Law Division motion and trial section. Few law firms are fortunate to have a retired judge as counsel to the firm and clients of Curcio & Casciato. During his judicial career, Judge Casciato maintained the highest ratings from the Illinois Bar Association. His judicial career was spent presiding over complex personal injury and wrongful death cases. Judge Casciato is a significant resource to clients of Curcio & Casciato given he presided over the same types of personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases that Curcio & Casciato handles.
